Grower Notes:
Tight, upright, deep purple to black disected leaves and stems that love the sun. Occasional sprays of small pink flowers arrive in summer. Leaves take on a reddish hue in fall. Part of the Bloomin' Easy® program from Van Belle Nursery of British Columbia. Ninebark is named for its exfoliating bark on mature branches which peels away revealing reddish brown inner bark.
